Join us at =PR= Fairfax for our weekly Monday fun run at 6:30 PM.  On Monday, February 8th our Saucony rep will be joining us for our run to talk about the latest in the Saucony shoe line.  You can even pick a pair of shoes out to test while on your run!  If that interests you, plan to arrive a few minutes early to get your shoe size.  We encourage runners of all levels to join us for this 3-5 mile run around Fairfax Corner!

Come by PR Leesburg on Monday February 8th at 6:30 PM for our weekly all-comer’s fun run – all levels are welcome to join!  After the run, join us for a post-run yoga session, led by long time runner & avid yogi Jerome Schlafer.  If the weather and running route is impassable, the group will still have yoga that night! Please bring a mat and your zen attitude! Run at 6:30 PM and yoga at 7:30 PM.  We hope to see you there!

A little about Dr. Bonney…

Karen Bonney is certified as both a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer. She has been a trusted provider for athletes in soccer, lacrosse, running, Olympic diving, and physique competitors both on and off the field. Her expertise in post-concussive and post-op care allows for the safest and quickest return to prior level of function. Karen’s passion for pushing herself physically and mentally carries over into every patient interaction as she strives to individually guide and assist them in meeting their specific goals.

Hump Day Dash & PT Demo @ =PR= Burke

Come by PR Burke on Wednesday, February 10 at 7:00 PM for our weekly fun run. We will have Susan Glosby, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, joining us at our run.  Susan will be at the store to help answer any personal injury related questions you may have.

The Burke Hump Day Dash is a weekly social run lead by =PR= staff members, every Wednesday evening at 7pm. The free program is a great way to meet new people and add some structure to your training schedule. Whether you’re a beginner or a competitive runner, please join us for a fun, low-key run that’s safe and social.

The run is typically no more than 50 minutes — from the store on the trails and paths of Burke. 50 minutes is not a magic number, but by going out and back, everyone can start and finish together and run at their own pace with others of similar ability. New runners may only want to run a mile or two. Experienced athletes might do a tempo run.

Stick around afterward to have a beer with other runners!
