Hometown: Washington, DC (but his "adopted" hometown is Boise, ID)
Running Experience and Accomplishments: Joe has run at least part-time for almost thirty years. Although a better biker than runner, Joe likes the economy and efficiency of running. He prefers the solitude of a solo run in the woods to the camaraderie of a big race, but he is dedicated to helping people reach whatever running goals they might have, from a jog around the block to an ultramarathon.

Running Experience and Accomplishments: Chris has been running since his high school days at Quince Orchard HS. After running 2 years at Virginia Tech, Chris developed some injuries and had to stop running for a while. A few years later he started to self coach himself to train for a marathon.
