Join us for a Runners Nutrition Clinic with Ragnar! Join us to learn how to properly refuel with carbohydrates, protein, and fats. Content to include the different needs for pre-run fuel, during run fuel, and post-run fuel. Special focus on tips for refueling between relay legs at a Ragnar. Participants will also learn the best ways to snack and curb cravings between runs and how to best fuel during a run- including gu/gel info as well as options for those who aren’t able to tolerate traditional “mid run” fuel.
And to top it off, there will be some sweet giveaways to include home recipe information, Nathan hydration gear, Nuun, Gu, as well as during-event refreshments! We hope to see you there!
