Join us as we welcome our Ragnar Ambassador to join us for some post-run fun! All participants will be taught stretching, massage, and mobility techniques that can promote recovery after long runs. We will use massage balls, rollers, and even a teammate to help you stretch! Content to include instruction on how to focus on the muscles most used during running, recovery stretches to at home after training runs, and how to best recover between relay legs during a Ragnar.
